• All items (horn, bone, wood scales, etc.) are natural materials and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, and texture.
• Product descriptions and images are for reference only. Minor variations are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted and natural goods.
• Custom orders are subject to special terms and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received in full.
• We accept payments via PayPal , Credit Card, and other approved payment gateways.
• All prices are in USD ( $ ) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and internationally. Shipping time depends on product availability and destination.
• Crown Foods India is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
• Custom-cut, engraved, or dyed products are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, if the order is processed, cancellations will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Crown Foods India and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Crown Foods India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sambhal/Uttar Pradesh.
