Refund and Returns Policy

At Crown Foods India, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of Horn Scales or any other product, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom-cut, engraved, or personalized horn scales are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [your email] or call [customer care number] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs if the item is damaged.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If the product shows signs of use or damage not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer:

  • A replacement at no extra cost
  • Or a full refund, including return shipping

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, if the product has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
